This still life is all about the sea with the shells and the color of the pitcher.  I wanted to paint sea shells and I love the aqua blue color  in the pitcher which reminds me of the ocean.  In painting this I tried to pay attention to all the details.  You can actually see the reflection of the seashell in the pitcher!!
